Ruído(2025)

Ruído is a dystopian series set in a world where laughter has been outlawed, forcing citizens into a climate of fear and surveillance. Public joy is forbidden, and those caught expressing happiness face severe consequences. A band of actors and screenwriters form an underground resistance, staging secret performances to help people rediscover laughter and reclaim their humanity. Operating in the shadows, they risk everything to prove that in a world designed to silence joy, resistance itself becomes an act of rebellion. The series explores what happens when authorities attempt to control emotion itself, and how art becomes the last refuge for the human spirit.
