Rummate(2020)

Rummate is a Russian comedy series following three strangers—Artyom from Mineral Waters, aspiring blogger Naila from Kazan, and Varya from Kaliningrad—who accidentally inherit a fortune that literally falls into their Moscow apartment. What seems like a windfall quickly becomes complicated when they discover the money comes with strings attached and unwritten rules of the capital. To keep their unexpected wealth, the trio must navigate Moscow's complex underworld with help from their eccentric housemates: a retired ballerina with old-Moscow connections, a British expat obsessed with Russian culture, and Tajik construction workers living next door. As schemes unfold and loyalties are tested, Rummate blends comedy with the clash between provincial ambition and Moscow's shadowy power structures.
