The Renovators(2011)

The Renovators is an Australian competitive reality show that aired on Network Ten starting in July 2011. Twenty-six contestants battle through challenges and eliminations to become head renovator of six run-down Sydney properties. As renovations progress, the field narrows. The winner is whoever oversees the property that turns the highest profit when sold at auction. The show's format pitted ambition against execution, testing contestants' design skills, project management, and business acumen under pressure. Though Network Ten greenlit a second season in 2011 and planned format changes to boost ratings, the show never returned to air.
