Thin Ice(2023)

Thin Ice is a 1943 Shanghai espionage thriller following military agent Chen Qian as he navigates a dangerous conspiracy during wartime occupation. Tasked with assassinating a Japanese official, Chen assumes the identity of a Japanese envoy to penetrate enemy lines. His mission grows complicated when he discovers a larger plot threatening the city, forcing him to rely on Chun Yang, a Communist Party operative, to expose and stop the invaders' scheme.
