Dragon Killer(1995)

Dragon Killer is a crime thriller following Tony Liu, a Chinese immigrant who survives a perilous boat journey to California's coast and jumps ship to escape a grim fate. Desperate and determined, he heads inland searching for Simon Yam, a former triad member now attempting to go legitimate—though his motives remain murky.
