Oklahoma Badlands is a 1948 western directed by Yakima Canutt. When henchman Sanders kills Ken Rawlins during a scheme to seize the Rawlins ranch for ruthless Oliver Budge, Rocky Lane intervenes to save Leslie Rawlins from the same fate. Discovering Leslie is a woman, Rocky devises a bold plan: he disguises himself as an Eastern dude named Leslie to infiltrate Budge's operation and hunt down his friend's killer. The deception sets off a tense cat-and-mouse game as Rocky closes in on Sanders while maintaining his cover among dangerous men who have no idea they're harboring a vengeful imposter.
