Frozen follows Kath Swarbrick, who refuses to let her sister's disappearance fade into cold case limbo. Two years after Annie vanished without a trace, Kath abandons the stalled police investigation and pursues her own leads. A stolen piece of CCTV footage showing Annie's final hours becomes her only concrete clue. When Kath visits the location where the footage was recorded, she makes a startling discovery: a portal to another reality. From within it, something—or someone—is desperately trying to communicate. As Kath digs deeper, the line between obsession and revelation blurs, pulling her toward answers that may come at an unbearable cost.
