The Chanting 3 is a supernatural horror film following a group of young people who venture into the jungle of Ujung Sedo to rescue their missing friends. They encounter Samantha, a woman on her own mysterious quest to reach a hidden village, and together the group navigates treacherous terrain—dark woods, suffocating fog, and a sinister cave where unexplained phenomena begin to plague them. The horror deepens when they discover Samantha carries a curse that summons Kuntilanak, a vengeful she-devil. Their only hope lies with an ancient witch dwelling in the village, but her intentions prove far more sinister than salvation. As the group uncovers the truth behind Samantha's curse, they realize every strange occurrence has been connected to her dark past all along.
