Spring Forward is a drama about redemption and unlikely friendship in small-town Connecticut. Paul, freshly released from prison after serving time for robbery, lands a job maintaining the local parks. His older co-worker Murph carries his own burden: his son is dying of AIDS. When both men clash with a contemptuous local named Frederickson, their relationship deepens. Murph's weathered wisdom gradually calms Paul's volatile temperament, while the younger man finds genuine purpose in his second chance. The film explores how two damaged men, separated by generation and circumstance, help each other heal through quiet work and honest connection.
