Elopement(2010)

Elopement follows Mark and Jamie, a young couple who steal money from their parents and flee in a rented plane. When the aircraft crashes, Mark faces an impossible choice: save Jamie or the cash. Jamie drowns, and Mark disappears into a new life, eventually becoming a successful, married man with a seven-year-old daughter. Years later, when his daughter falls critically ill and needs a kidney transplant, Mark must return to his estranged family—who believe he's been dead all along—to find a compatible donor and save her life. The film explores themes of redemption, sacrifice, and the consequences of past choices as Mark confronts the people he abandoned and the secrets he's kept.
