Free-running Men(2011)

Free-running Men is a German comedy-drama about three middle-aged men seeking escape at a rented holiday home on a remote Swedish lake. Thomas, Jens, and Malte arrive hoping to leave their domestic troubles behind, but each carries unresolved doubts about the life choices that brought them here. As they settle into the forest wilderness, their attempt at carefree relaxation unravels quickly. The isolation that promised freedom becomes a mirror for their disappointments, forcing unexpected confrontations with themselves and each other. What begins as a retreat from reality turns into an uncomfortable reckoning with the men they've become.
