When We Own The World is a coming-of-age film about three outsiders who forge an unlikely friendship. Richy, a bullied teenager, gravitates toward Marco, an older boy struggling with his parents' divorce and his father's rejection. Tim, newly arrived from the west, battles his own isolation in an unfamiliar place. As the trio bonds over their shared sense of displacement, their friendship becomes a refuge from the adult world's indifference.
