Deep Ghost(1984)

Deep Ghost is a supernatural comedy about Roy and Karen, who discover their newly purchased Hollywood mansion comes with unexpected spectral residents. Fred and Ginger, two lusty ghosts from decades past, have no intention of vacating their former home. What begins as a straightforward real estate investment becomes a chaotic battle of wills as the living couple attempts to reclaim their property while the uninvited spirits pursue their own mischievous agenda.
