Stomping Ground is a horror film following Ben and Annie, a young couple visiting Annie's small North Carolina hometown for the weekend. When they reconnect with a charming old friend, the three impulsively decide to hunt for Bigfoot in the surrounding woods. What begins as a nostalgic adventure quickly spirals into something far more sinister, putting both their relationship and their survival in jeopardy. As tensions mount and the hunt grows increasingly dangerous, the couple must confront not only the unknown lurking in the forest but also the fractures in their bond. The film blends creature-feature thrills with relationship drama, trapping its characters in a nightmare where the greatest threat may come from within their own group.
