Kaisi Ye Paheli is a Pakistani drama series following Mehroo Nabi Bux, a copywriter at an advertising firm whose outwardly comfortable life—complete with an apartment and a live-in nanny—feels hollow and incomplete. She becomes quietly infatuated with Farhan Shiekh, a man who works in the next office, admiring him from afar despite their paths never crossing.
