Bailey Kipper's P.O.V. is a children's series that aired on CBS Saturday Mornings in 1996, starring Michael Galeota, John Achorn, and Meg Wittner. The show ran for 13 half-hour episodes before ending its run. It was among CBS's early attempts to meet the newly introduced E/I educational and informational ratings requirements. The series also aired on the BBC's CBBC strand and on Nickelodeon in the UK. Bailey Kipper's P.O.V. has never been released on VHS or DVD, making it a rare artifact of 1990s children's television.
