Armor Hero(2009)

Armor Hero is a Chinese action series following five young descendants from ancient elemental villages who discover they carry a mysterious gene that awakens when they don the Guang Ying Armor. Transformed into five elemental heroes—Fire Dragon, Black Rhinoceros, Wind Eagle, Snow Mastiff, and Earth Tiger—Xin Nan, Bei Miao, Dong Shan, Xi Zhao, and Kun Zhong must band together to defend their community. An evil emperor and his dark forces have unleashed pollution monsters to corrupt the environment and destroy peace across the land. Armed with ancestral magical armor and elemental powers, the heroes battle to restore balance and protect those they love from the spreading darkness.
