Say Cheese is a Chinese drama about the fading legacy of Peace Photography Studio, a once-thriving business now reduced to a single location after 80 years. Pan Renyi manages the studio with his daughter Pan Zejia, who has sacrificed her personal life to repay a debt her father once cleared for her. When Ke Yuanhang, a compassionate newspaper reporter five years her junior, enters their world, an unlikely friendship blooms. But their connection faces mounting obstacles: Pan Zejia's sharp temperament clashes with Ke Yuanhang's gentle nature, while Pan Renyi's volatile personality creates friction with everyone around him, including Ke Yuanhang's mother.
