The Farm is a reality competition series that strips city dwellers of their urban comforts and drops them into rural survival. Contestants must manage grueling farm work, limited sleep, and constant physical challenges while navigating alliances, conflicts, and unexpected romance. Each week eliminates one participant until a single winner emerges as the Super Farmer, claiming 100,000 zlotys. Hosts Marcelina Zawadzka and Ilona Krawczyńska guide the farmers through tasks designed to test their instincts, resilience, and ability to cooperate under pressure. The series blends genuine hardship with interpersonal drama as strangers learn to work together or clash over strategy and survival.
