Tutti Frutti is a German game show that aired on RTL plus from 1990 to 1993 across three seasons. A localized version of the Italian program Colpo Grosso, it became the first erotic television show in Germany, featuring partial nudity as a core element. The series sparked significant controversy upon broadcast, though it gained wide viewership across Europe via unencrypted satellite transmission, attracting early satellite enthusiasts throughout the continent. Tutti Frutti was notable for its technical innovation: it employed the Pulfrich effect to create 3D depth on standard screens, layering dancer performances against scrolling backgrounds at varying speeds to produce an illusion of spatial dimension. The show ran for approximately 140 episodes before concluding in early 1993.
