Hollyoaks: In the City(2006)

Hollyoaks: In the City is a British television drama series set in Liverpool that aired in 2006. A spin-off of Channel 4's long-running soap Hollyoaks, created by Phil Redmond, the show continued the story from 2005's Hollyoaks: Let Loose and reunited stars Gemma Atkinson and Marcus Patric. The series followed familiar characters navigating life in the city with the same blend of romance, conflict, and everyday drama that defined the parent show. Despite initial promise, Hollyoaks: In the City failed to find a wide audience. Writer Daran Little announced in November 2006 that the series would not be recommissioned, bringing the spin-off to an early end after just one season.
