Messenger of Allah(1960)

Messenger of Allah is a Japanese tokusatsu superhero series that aired on NET (now TV Asahi) from July to December 1960. The show starred a young Sonny Chiba in his early career and was created by Yasunori Kawauchi, the writer behind Moonlight Mask and Seven Color Mask. The series ran for 26 episodes, though only the film from the first episode survives today. Like other tokusatsu productions of its era, the show combined live-action performances with practical effects to bring its superhero protagonist to life, representing an important chapter in Japanese television's early superhero programming.
