Confessions(1995)

Confessions is a British game show where three contestants face off in a battle of embarrassing revelations. Each player starts with 180 points and must correctly identify their own past misdemeanours based on clues read by host Simon. Get it right and keep your points intact. Guess wrong and you lose 20 points while publicly humiliating yourself in front of friends who set you up. Players get a maximum of two attempts per confession before Simon reveals the truth. The contestant with the most points at the end wins. The format relies on the tension between knowing your own secrets and the mortification of getting them wrong on camera, making it equal parts comedy and cringe as hidden moments from players' lives become public knowledge.
