Full Circle(1960)

Full Circle is an American soap opera that aired on CBS from June 1960 to March 1961. The half-hour series starred Dyan Cannon and Jean Byron and made history as the first American soap opera broadcast live from Hollywood. The show followed the personal and romantic entanglements of its characters against the backdrop of California life. Despite its innovative approach to live television drama, Full Circle struggled to find an audience and was cancelled after less than a year on air. The series remains a notable footnote in television history for pioneering live soap opera production from the West Coast during an era when most daytime dramas originated from New York studios.
