Kamen Rider Skyrider(1979)

Kamen Rider Skyrider is a tokusatsu series following Doctor Keitaro Shido, a brilliant scientist held captive by the terrorist organization Neo-Shocker. Forced to use his robotics expertise for their cause, Shido seizes an opportunity when asked to augment an injured camper named Hiroshi Tsukuba. Rather than create another kaijin warrior for Neo-Shocker, Shido secretly transforms Hiroshi into Skyrider, a powerful cyborg hero.
