30 Days is an Egyptian psychological thriller series following Tarek Helmy, a psychiatrist whose life spirals into chaos when a mysterious patient named Tawfiq Al-Masry proposes a disturbing experiment. On his daughter Farida's first birthday, Tawfiq reveals his plan: he will select someone—"The Chosen"—and systematically push them through thirty days of escalating self-destructive crises. What begins as a clinical consultation becomes a nightmare as Tarek realizes he may be the target.
