Virtues of Harmony is a Hong Kong sitcom that ran for 322 episodes across two seasons from 2001 to 2002. The series follows the Kam household, a wealthy family navigating life during China's Ming Dynasty, in a blend of period comedy and domestic humor. Originally conceived as a 150-episode run, the show's strong ratings prompted producers to expand it significantly. Broadcast five days a week on TVB, Virtues of Harmony drew inspiration from the earlier comedy drama Colourful Life and became popular enough to spawn a sequel series and a musical spin-off featuring the same cast.
