Ühikarotid is an Estonian teen drama following students from across the country who converge in a Tallinn dormitory. The series, which premiered on Kanal 2 in March 2010, captures the daily lives and relationships of young people navigating dormitory living, friendships, and the typical conflicts of adolescence. Created by Martin Algus and produced by Tuuli Roosma, the show blends coming-of-age storytelling with the distinct backdrop of Estonian student culture. Ühikarotid explores how teenagers from different regions adapt to shared spaces, form bonds, and confront personal challenges while far from home.
