Empire(1962)

Empire is a Western series set on a sprawling 500,000-acre ranch in 1960s New Mexico. The hour-long drama aired on NBC from September 1962 to May 1963, featuring Richard Egan, Terry Moore, Charles Bronson, and Ryan O'Neal. Egan plays Jim Redigo, the general manager of the fictional Garrett ranch, navigating the challenges of running a vast operation in the American West. The show was revived for a second season, shortened to half-hour episodes and retitled Redigo, which ran from September through December 1963. The original pilot was titled This Rugged Land.
