MosGaz. Delo N2: Palach is a Soviet crime series set in 1965 Moscow. The investigation centers on a woman who served as an executioner during World War II, systematically murdering prisoners, partisans, and civilians under German orders. At just twenty years old, she accumulated over fifteen hundred kills, firing from behind a toy bunny mask before vanishing into ordinary civilian life each night. Now, years after the war's end, a chief investigator must uncover her identity among the city's women. The case becomes a hunt for a killer hidden in plain sight—someone who lived two lives, one masked and murderous, the other unremarkable and invisible. Suspicion falls on multiple suspects as the investigator pieces together a dark wartime past.
