Appointed as the Ghost Catching General and Yama, King of Hell, Zhong Kui investigates cases of unjust death and ensures wrongdoers face divine punishment. The series unfolds across five interconnected stories: Yang Guifei, Zhong Kui meets Justice Bao, The Secret of the Goblet, Beauty from Jiangshan, and Snow in June. Each tale draws on classical Chinese folklore while exploring themes of justice, redemption, and the supernatural.
