Hiru(2022)

Hiru is a Japanese series that follows Shinomiya Yuki, a solitary 21-year-old working odd jobs, whose life spirals into chaos when a stabbed stranger appears in his apartment and claims Yuki attacked him. Accused and on the run, Yuki meets Zoka, a mysterious woman who asks for his help avenging her father's murder. She's a "leech"—someone who infiltrates empty homes while owners are away. As the pair work together, they cross paths with Kara, a legendary leech consumed entirely by revenge. The series weaves together crime, suspense, and psychological tension as unlikely allies navigate a dangerous underworld of deception and retribution.
