Struggling to adapt to office culture and corporate life, Joe navigates the universal veteran's search for tribe, purpose, and belonging while also pursuing romantic connection. The series balances comedy with the genuine challenges of transitioning from military service to the everyday rhythms of a desk job, exploring what it means to find your place in a world that operates by entirely different rules.
