Sisa Marn is a Thai horror series that follows Pilantha, a sharp-tongued woman who survives a car accident that severs her head from her body. Kept alive by mysterious mental powers, she seeks help from Dr. Piti, who attempts to reattach her head and study her abilities. When his experiments fail, Pilantha's decaying body forces her to hunt for a replacement. By day she hides her condition beneath a scarf; by night she prowls for victims, leaving a trail of missing women. As her body deteriorates, Pilantha becomes dangerously obsessed with Sakkarn, the fiancé of her cousin Wiralee, blurring the line between supernatural horror and psychological thriller.
