Suspension(2008)

Suspension is a science-fiction drama about grief and the impossible. After a car accident kills his wife and son, Daniel survives with severe injuries. As he heals, he reconstructs his son's damaged video camera from the wreckage. When he finally powers it on, the device carries something extraordinary from the moment of impact: the ability to freeze time itself whenever Daniel presses pause. What begins as a tool for processing loss becomes something far more dangerous. Daniel must grapple with the temptation to rewind the past, even as the camera's power threatens to consume him. The film explores how trauma can warp our relationship with time and reality, and whether some moments—no matter how devastating—should remain fixed in history rather than endlessly revisited.
