Blackbeard's Ghost is a family adventure film in which the legendary pirate's ghost returns to Earth to protect his descendant, an elderly woman named Emily Stowecroft, and her group home from ruthless developers. When a well-meaning man named Steve Walker accidentally summons Blackbeard's spirit, he becomes entangled in the battle against corrupt businessmen plotting to seize the property and build an illegal casino in its place. With supernatural help and unlikely allies, Walker must outwit the villains and save Emily's home from destruction.
