Very Mean Men(2000)

Very Mean Men is a crime comedy that erupts when a mob war ignites over a stiffed tip. A bartender, stuck with a drunk customer, kills time by recounting the feud between two rival families: the Minettis, who operate from an Italian restaurant in East San Fernando Valley, and the Mulroneys, running an Irish pub across town in the West. When one of the Minetti boys fails to tip Big Paddy's daughter properly, all hell breaks loose. The film follows these violent, volatile criminals as they clash in increasingly absurd confrontations, proving exactly why they've earned their reputation as very mean men. Dark humor and brutal action collide as the two families wage their ridiculous war over honor, territory, and the principle of the thing.
