Blackflag

Blackflag is a dystopian film set in the fictional Sendai City, where an oppressive regime mandates that all citizens watch "The Truth on Sendai City," a propaganda series glorifying violence as the ideal way to live. The black flag becomes a symbol of total state control and the erasure of personal freedom. As reality bends under relentless propaganda, the film explores how authoritarian systems distort truth and suppress individuality through forced consumption of state-sanctioned media. The narrative examines the psychological toll of living under constant surveillance and ideological manipulation, where questioning the regime's narrative is impossible.
