Countdown is a Thai film following three teenagers who orchestrate what they hope will be an unforgettable New Year's celebration. Their plan is simple: contact a drug dealer to deliver substances to their apartment. What unfolds is far darker than anticipated. The dealer's arrival sets off a chain of events that fundamentally transforms each of their lives. The film explores how a single night of reckless decision-making spirals into consequences none of them could have foreseen, examining themes of youth, vulnerability, and the price of poor choices.
