Lucid(2005)

Lucid is a Canadian drama following a therapist facing a critical crossroads in both his career and personal life. To avoid a forced transfer to the remote town of Gimli, he must prove his worth by successfully treating three patients battling severe post-traumatic stress disorder. As he works to keep his practice—and his life—from falling apart, the therapist discovers that healing others may require confronting his own unresolved demons. The film explores the fragile boundary between professional detachment and emotional investment, where one man's desperation to stay afloat becomes entangled with the desperate needs of those he's meant to help.
