Good Day, Ramon(2013)

Good Day, Ramon is a drama about an 18-year-old migrant who abandons his dream of reaching America and instead travels to Germany in search of a friend's relative. Penniless, undocumented, and unable to speak the language, Ramón finds himself homeless and struggling to survive on the streets. His life changes when he meets Ruth, a retired nurse who speaks no Spanish. Despite the language barrier and social prejudices that separate them, the two form an unlikely bond rooted in compassion and shared humanity. The film explores how kindness and solidarity can sustain us when everything else fails, tracing a tender cross-cultural friendship between two people with little in common except their capacity for care.
