Trapped in 5150(2009)

Trapped in 5150 is an urban action thriller centered on two rival Los Angeles gangs locked in an escalating turf war. When Loco's younger brother strays into enemy territory controlled by the "La 213" gang, violence erupts across the city streets. Loco retreats to an abandoned hospital with his girlfriend Mia and fellow members of his gang, "Los Locos," seeking shelter from the bloodshed. But the conflict follows them inside. As the psychotic drug dealer Tweaker joins the fray with guns blazing, rival gang leader Riot orchestrates a final assault to eliminate Los Locos once and for all. Trapped within the hospital's walls, Loco and his crew face their most desperate fight for survival.
