Cowboy(2007)

Cowboy follows Daniel Piron, a disillusioned journalist whose relationship has grown stale and whose ideals have long since faded. Desperate to recapture his youthful passion, he sets out to find and film Tony Sacchi, the revolutionary hero who once inspired him. Daniel hopes the quest will restore the committed, passionate man he used to be. When he finally tracks down Sacchi, however, he discovers the former activist has become a cynical gigolo—a far cry from the idealist of Daniel's memory. This tragicomic journey forces Daniel to confront hard truths about himself and the passage of time, ultimately challenging whether he can accept his own disillusionment and find genuine meaning in his transformed life.
