Westbrick Murders(2010)

Westbrick Murders is a crime thriller set in a hardscrabble town where young rookie cop Matthew begins his career alongside his seasoned partner William. When notorious serial killers Billy and Barbara launch a brutal killing spree designed to gain infamy, Matthew's first assignment collides directly with their violent rampage. As the body count rises, the inexperienced officer must navigate the dark underbelly of his community while partnering with a veteran cop who knows its dangers all too well.
