Tutur Tinular: Pedal Naga Puspa is an Indonesian historical action film set during the fall of the Singasari Kingdom and the rise of Kediri. Two brothers—Arya Dwipangga, a scholar, and Arya Kamandanu, a martial artist—find themselves at odds when Dwipangga steals his brother's girlfriend and flees. He stumbles into the cave of master weaponsmith Empu Ranubaya, who takes him as a student. Ranubaya and Kamandanu's father, Empu Hanggareksa, were once fellow pupils, but their paths diverged: Hanggareksa serves King Kertanegara of Singasari while Ranubaya refuses. When Kertanegara rejects a peace envoy from Kublai Khan's Mongolia, the messenger kidnaps Ranubaya, setting off a chain of conflict that tests loyalty, honor, and martial skill across a turbulent kingdom.
