Kalam(2016)

Kalam is a horror film that follows an extortionist who purchases a sprawling mansion with dark intentions. He gifts the property to his estranged son, hoping to rebuild their fractured relationship. What neither father nor son anticipates is the gruesome history lurking within the walls. As they settle into their new home, sinister forces begin to emerge, revealing secrets that the mansion has harbored for years. The gift becomes a curse as the family is drawn into a nightmare they cannot escape.
