Sorority House Massacre II is a horror film following five college women who purchase a decrepit mansion for their new sorority house at a bargain price—unaware of its violent past. When they decide to spend the night before the movers arrive, the women grow increasingly uneasy as a peculiar neighbor named Orville Ketchum lurks around the property. After showering and consulting a Ouija board, supernatural forces begin to pick them off one by one. The film blends slasher elements with occult horror as the women fight for survival in a house that harbors dark secrets from five years prior.
