Pardon My French is a comedy about a Boston schoolteacher who inherits a French château only to discover it's occupied by squatters. Elizabeth Rockwell arrives to claim her property, but finds a widower and his five unruly children living inside with no intention of leaving. What follows is a clash of cultures and wills as Rockwell battles to reclaim her inheritance from the impoverished French family who've made the château their home. The film explores themes of property, family, and belonging through the collision of American pragmatism and French bohemian living. As tensions escalate between the determined teacher and the stubborn residents, unexpected bonds begin to form, challenging everyone's assumptions about home and ownership.
