Tebus(2011)

Tebus is an Indonesian drama that unfolds after Joko's death, when Sulis and Jiman return to their village carrying unbearable grief. Sulis, overwhelmed by shame, takes her own life. The loss of her two children destroys Sukatmini, who dies from the emotional weight. Left alone and consumed by bitterness toward the man who once betrayed him, Jiman plots revenge, convinced that only penance can restore balance.
