Call of the Prairie is a Western in which Hoppy arrives to discover his friend Johnny framed for a shooting. Buck Peters has been shot by the ruthless Porter, who pins the crime on Johnny. On the run, Johnny meets Linda and falls for her, only to discover her father Shanghai works for Porter's gang. When Johnny pursues Shanghai, he's captured by the outlaws and faces execution at Porter's hands. But Hoppy is close by, and an unlikely ally emerges when Shanghai has a change of heart. The film delivers classic frontier justice, double-crosses, and redemption as the heroes fight to clear Johnny's name and survive Porter's vengeance.
